The Gurdaspur Central Cooperative Bank Ltd., Gurdaspur registered on 25.10.1909 having 44 Branches in the district, 24 at focal points and 20at other places. The District had three Tehsils I.e. Batala, Gurdaspur and Pathankot. But 2 years ago the Pathankot Tehsil was declared as a District. This Bank is spread over 13 Blocks in both District i.e. Gurdaspur and Pathankot Districts.
Vision
With a commitment to reach the unbanked and to extend financial services at affordable cost and endeavour to financially uplift un-privileged people through developmental banking initiatives on a sustainable basis.
Mission
To cover 1642 villages in the Gurdaspur District for providing Basic Savings Bank Deposit Accounts facility to minimum 10 unbanked households/persons and to cover 500 villages under Farmers Club Programme under the aegis of NABARD under ‘GCCB Financial Inclusion’ Project by the year 2016.
